1.6.2. A manual brakeCompletely tightened manual brake obstructs to involuntary traffic of the car.
Tightening of a manual brake
The manual brake is tightened by lever movement upwards against the stop.
Removal from a manual brake
Pull the lever a little upwards and press simultaneously the clamp button ( fig. 1.144). At the pressed button completely to lower the lever downwards.
At movement on rashness with the tightened manual brake buzzer sounding (a sound signal) is distributed and on the display there is an instruction: Handbremse angezogen (will tighten a manual brake).

Stop the car a brake pedal.
Tighten completely a manual brake.
Muffle the engine.
Include 1st transfer of a mechanical transmission, and in the presence of automatic transmission lay blocking Р.

ATTENTION
In the closed car nobody should remain, first of all children since doors and windows from within do not open. Closed doors in emergency interfere with assistance rendering to people being in the car.
