1.6.10. Electronic blocking of differential (ЕDS)
Electronic blocking of differential prevents пробуксовывание a corresponding wheel.
Under very adverse road conditions electronic blocking of differential (EDS) considerably facilitates трогание from a place, dispersal and movement uphill.
EDS works in an automatic mode, i.e. without participation of the driver. By means of sensor controls ABS the device supervises frequency of rotation of driving wheels. At a divergence of frequency of rotation of driving wheels (approximately 100 mines-1), for example, on slippery not on all width to the road, the revolving wheel is braked, and having the best coupling with wheel road receive the raised force of draught. EDS works at speed approximately no more than 40 km/h (a forward drive) or 80 km/h (a full drive). Regulation process is accompanied by characteristic noise.

At dispersal on equally slippery road on all width, for example, in ice and snow, cautiously press an accelerator pedal. There is a probability пробуксовывания driving wheels, despite EDS, and by that infringements of stability during movement.
