1.6.16. The demountable tjagovo-drawbar

The demountable spherical head of the tjagovo-drawbar is under a luggage carrier flooring.

For installation and dismantle of a spherical head enough normal muscular efforts of hands.

ATTENTION Never use for tjagovo-drawbar installation/dismantle auxiliary means or tools Otherwise it is possible to damage the lock mechanism. As a result reliable operation of the tjagovo-drawbar – danger of accident will not be guaranteed

THE NOTE He modification of a design of a spherical head and other components of the tjagovo-drawbar, and also their repair is supposed. At occurrence of difficulties in using etc. address on the specialised enterprise. Before each trip check correctness of fixing of a spherical head. Never deblock a spherical head at the attached trailer or completing components (for example, an arm for a bicycle). At movement without the trailer remove a spherical head and check up correctness of closing by a cover of a fixing nest. At car cleaning by the steam-ejecting pump remove preliminary spherical head and check up correctness of closing of a fixing nest a cover.

Under a bumper completely open a cover of a fixing nest (fig. 1.158). The cover is automatically fixed in the given position.

Check up probability of pollution of a fixing nest and if necessary clean it.

ATTENTION Necessarily remove pollution. Otherwise there is no guarantee that a spherical head it will be reliable to be fixed in a fixing nest.

The spherical head should be pure and without damages.

Check up probability of pollution and damage of a clamp And, an uncoupling finger In, cases of a spherical head in a place of contact to a fixing pipe With, and also маховичка D (fig. 1.159).

The spherical head should be mounted with a preliminary tightness.

The preliminary tightness is provided with performance of following conditions:

– The red label And маховичка is in a zone of black marks of the case of a spherical head (fig. 1.160);

– The clamp With is drowned in an aperture of the case of a spherical head.

Маховичок should is on certain distance from the case of a spherical head so between маховичком and the case of a spherical head there is a backlash With.

The spherical head can be mounted only with a preliminary tightness.

Insert into the lock маховичка a key 1 and turn it in a direction of a red label (fig. 1.161).

Pull маховичок in a direction of an arrow And and turn it then in the extended position in an arrow direction In, till the moment of fixing of a clamp 2 and visible выдвигания an uncoupling finger 3.

Establish a spherical head with a tightness in a fixing nest and wring out upwards in the direction specified by an arrow (fig. 1.162). Fixing process is carried out automatically. Click should be thus distinctly audible.

Lock a spherical head key turn in a direction of a green label.

Take a key.

ATTENTION Operation of a spherical head if its tightness according to the aforesaid is not provided is not supposed. Address on the specialised enterprise. At hand installation should not be in a zone маховичка and tjagovo-drawbar covers.

The green label And маховичка is in a zone of black marks of the case of a spherical head (fig. 1.163).

Маховичок adjoins to the case of a spherical head. As a result between маховичком and the case of a spherical head there is no backlash.

The spherical head is locked also a key is taken (маховичок not extended).

The spherical head reliably sits in a fixing nest (check up, подвигав her hand).

For connection of a cable of the trailer to the car take away downwards in an arrow direction the plug receptacle of the car located under a bumper (fig. 1.164).

At default of the conditions set forth above repeat installation.

ATTENTION Even at default of one of conditions there is a danger of accident and tjagovo-drawbar operation is not authorised. In this case address on the specialised enterprise.

Unlock a spherical head (turn a key to red marks).

Strong keep the case of a spherical head and pull маховичок in the direction specified by an arrow And.

Turn маховичок in the extended position against the stop in a direction of an arrow of Century

Release маховичок. It is fixed independently with a tightness.

Take a spherical head from a fixing nest downwards. Thus the fixing nest is automatically closed by a cover

Spherical head lay under a luggage carrier flooring. Take away upwards the socket.

ATTENTION Check up correctness of closing by a cover of a fixing nest of the tjagovo-drawbar. Otherwise, owing to pollution, there is a probability of that a spherical head it will not be reliable to be fixed in a fixing nest.

Four points of fastening And the tjagovo-drawbar are from the bottom party of the car (fig. 1.165). The distance of corresponding fixing components from the left and right party of the car makes 1002 mm. The minimum distance In between a bumper and a spherical head should makes 74 mm. The distance With between the back bridge and a spherical head should makes 1076 mm.

ATTENTION The Poslezavodsky complete set of the car the tjagovo-drawbar is recommended to be carried out at the specialised enterprise. Not qualified installation is fraught with danger of accident.
