2.9.9. Removal and installation of chains of a drive of camshaftsRemoval
Put the adaptation for откачки oils under the engine and merge engine oil.
Remove the engine.
Disconnect the engine from a transmission.
Leave the engine on an elevating table or fix it at the adjusting stand.
Remove covers of chains of a drive.
Establish behind on a cranked shaft a key, for example with 2 old bolts for a two-mass flywheel.

Turn a cranked shaft in a direction of rotation of the engine to ВМТ the ignition moment ( fig. 2.435).
Lobbies Slots should be in camshafts in parallel upper edge ГБЦ and flush with it ( fig. 2.436).
If necessary turn a cam-shaft for шестигранник to the left and to the right for installation of a clamp of a cam-shaft.
If the cam-shaft clamp is not established, turn crankshaft on 1 turn (360 ) ( fig. 2.437).
Again remove a clamp of cam-shafts.
Unscrew fixing bolt from the top part of the oil pallet ( fig. 2.438).
Screw fixing bolt in an aperture (the moment 20 Нм). For a full centering of a bolt if necessary turn crankshaft to the left and to the right a little.
Press a lath успокоителя натяжителя chains of the left drive in a direction of an arrow and by means of a drill in diameter of poses of 3,3 mm. 1 застопорьте натяжитель chains ( fig. 2.439).
Designate a paint a direction of movement of a chain of a drive at the left.
Turn out bolts of 1 and 2 asterisks of a cam-shaft or a regulator of phases timing by means of a nozzle ( fig. 2.440).
Remove a camshaft asterisk, a regulator of phases timing and a drive chain.
Press on успокоитель натяжителя chains of the right drive in a direction of an arrow and by means of a drill in diameter of poses of 3,3 mm. 1 застопорьте натяжитель chains ( fig. 2.441)
Designate a paint a direction of movement of a chain of a drive on the right.
Turn out bolts of 1 and 2 asterisks of a cam-shaft or a regulator of phases timing by means of a nozzle ( fig. 2.442)
Remove a camshaft asterisk, a regulator of phases timing and a drive chain.
Installation
The cranked shaft is fixed in position ВМТ by means of a bolt-clamp.
THE NOTE
Replace bolts / the screws tightened on a certain corner, and also sealing rings, манжетные consolidations and linings.

At прокручивании a camshaft колечатый the shaft should not be in one of cylinders in ВМТ. There is a danger of damage of valves / of the bottom of the piston.

Reliably connect internal and external parts of both regulators of phases timing ( fig. 2.443)
In the fixed position internal and external parts should not проворачиватся rather each other (but the small backlash is groped).
Check up, whether there are camshafts of both blocks of cylinders in position ВМТ.
Lobbies Slots should be in camshafts in parallel upper edge ГБЦ and flush with it ( fig. 2.436).
Establish a cam-shaft clamp in cam-shafts left ГБЦ, if necessary having turned shaft for шестигранник to the left and to the right ( fig. 2.437).
Establish a cam-shaft clamp in cam-shafts right ГБЦ, if necessary having turned shaft for шестигранник to the left and to the right.
Replace all 4 bolts of cam-shafts.
Replace a washer with a diamond covering being between cam-shafts and a regulator of phases timing left ГБЦ.
Establish the left chain of a drive together with an asterisk and a regulator of phases timing.
To wrap bolts 1 and 2 not to the end ( fig. 2.440).
The asterisk and regulator of phases timing should be turned on a cam-shaft by hand and should not fall down.
Replace a washer with a diamond covering being between a cam-shaft and a regulator of phases timing right ГБЦ.
Establish the right chain of a drive together with an asterisk and a regulator of phases timing.
To wrap bolts 1 and 2 not to the end ( fig. 2.442).
The asterisk and regulator of phases timing should проворачиватся on a cam-shaft by hand and should not fall down.
Turn crankshaft by means of a key on 30 against a direction of rotation of the engine ( fig. 2.435).
Take out a drill from an aperture. Thereof left натяжитель chains it is released.
Establish a wedge, as is shown in drawing 2.444, and insert into system натяжитель chains by means of a wedge.
Easy pressing with displacement прибл is supposed. On 0,5 mm.
Take out a drill from an aperture. Thereof right натяжитель chains it is released.
Establish a wedge, as is shown in drawing 2.445, and insert into system натяжитель chains by means of a wedge.
Easy pressing with displacement прибл is supposed. On 0,5 mm.
By means of a key turn a cranked shaft in a direction of rotation of the engine to ВМТ the ignition moment ( fig. 2.435).
THE NOTE
If by mistake crankshaft has slipped position ВМТ., it is necessary to return it back approximately on 30 and again to bring to ВМТ.

Screw fixing bolt in an aperture (the moment 20 Нм). For a full centering of a bolt if necessary turn crankshaft to the left and to the right ( fig. 2.438) a little .

Clamps of cam-shafts cannot be used as a support at a definitive inhaling of bolts of cam-shafts.

Remove stoppers of cam-shafts from both heads of the block of cylinders ( fig. 2.437).
Definitively tighten a bolt of 1 cam-shaft of final valves left ГБЦ ( fig. 2.444).
The inhaling moment: 100 Нм + to tighten on 90 (1/4 about.)
Fix a rotor of the gauge of the Hall on a regulator of phases timing a cam-shaft of inlet valves left ГБЦ by means of auxiliary means for adjustment ( fig. 2.446).
Establish auxiliary means for adjustment on a bolt 1.
Definitively tighten a bolt 2 cam-shafts of inlet valves.
The inhaling moment: 100 Нм + to tighten on 90 (1/4 about.)
Fix a rotor of the gauge of the Hall on a regulator of phases timing a cam-shaft of inlet valves right ГБЦ by means of auxiliary means for adjustment ( fig. 2.447).
Establish auxiliary means for adjustment on a bolt 2.
Definitively tighten a bolt of 1 cam-shaft of inlet valves.
The inhaling moment: 100 Нм + to tighten on 90 (1/4 about.)
Remove the auxiliary device for adjustment.
Definitively tighten a bolt 2 cam-shafts of final valves right ГБЦ ( fig. 2.445).
The inhaling moment: 100 Нм + to tighten on 90 (1/4 about.)
Turn crankshaft by means of a key on 2 turns in a direction of rotation of the engine for return crankshaftа in ВМТ ( fig. 2.435).
Lobbies Slots should be in camshafts in parallel upper edge ГБЦ and flush with it ( fig. 2.436).
Screw fixing bolt in an aperture (the moment 20 Нм). For a full centering of a bolt if necessary turn crankshaft to the left and to the right ( fig. 2.438) a little .
Insert a cam-shaft clamp into cam-shafts left ГБЦ ( fig. 2.437).
Insert a cam-shaft clamp into cam-shafts right ГБЦ.
Clamps of cam-shafts are not established:
Repeat adjustment.
Take out a wedge.
Remove a stopper of a cam-shaft from both heads of the block of cylinders.
Remove fixing bolt crankshaftа.
Screw a carving stopper of mark ВМТ with a new cuff in the top part of the oil pallet.
The further installation is carried out in return sequence.
Establish covers of chains of a drive.
Establish the engine.
Fill in engine oil and check up its level.
The inhaling moments
Bolts распредвалов*: 100 Нм +90 **
Carving stopper to the oil pallet: 35 Нм.
Carving stopper маслосливного apertures: 50 Нм.
* Replace bolts.
** 90 correspond to one quarter of a complete revolution.
