Remove
Put the adaptation for откачки oils under the engine and merge engine oil.

THE NOTE
At installation again establish on former places all fixing elements of the cables which removed or have been cut off during dismantling.

Remove the engine.
Disconnect the engine from a transmission.
Leave the engine on an elevating table or fix it at the adjusting stand.
Remove a two-mass flywheel and-or a conducted disk.
Disconnect electric штекерное connection 1 from the module of management throttle заслонки.

Disconnect a hose of 3 systems of ventilation картера, being on an inlet collector (fig. 2.404).

THE NOTE
Poses. 2 in attention do not accept.

Remove штекерные sockets 1, 2, 5 and 6 in a direction forward from arms of an inlet collector.

Separate electric штекерные connections 3 and 4 (fig. 2.405).

Disconnect a vacuum hose from a tee (fig. 2.406).
Disconnect штекерные pads 1 and 5 from atomizers.
On cars with a return fuel highway remove a vacuum highway 4 from a regulator of pressure of fuel.

Turn out fixing bolts 2 and 3 fuel stages (fig. 2.407).
Remove a fuel stage together with atomizers from an inlet collector gradually in a direction upwards.

THE NOTE
Reliably protect the removed atomizers from pollution.

Take a replaceable element of the oil filter.

Unscrew bolts.

Unscrew bolts 1 and 2.
Put the adaptation for откачки oils under.

Installation
Remove the hermetic rests on covers приводных chains and the block of cylinders (a head of the block of cylinders), for example, a rotating brush-nozzle with a plastic bristle.

THE NOTE
Replace linings, sealing rings and sealing rings of round section.
At return installation establish all cable couplers where they have been established initially.

Clear landing surfaces; on them there should not be an oil and greasings.
Cut off a tube nouse on a forward mark (diameter of an aperture about 1 mm).

THE NOTE
Covers приводных chains should be установленыв a current of 5 mines after hermetic drawing.

Put platens of hermetic 1–6 on a pure landing surface of the bottom cover driving to a chain, as is shown in drawing 2.431.
Thickness of the platen of hermetic: 1,5–2,0 mm.
Check up, whether there are 2 directing plugs in the block of cylinders, if necessary insert them.
Establish the bottom cover of a chain of a drive and tighten bolts how it is specified more low (fig. 2.430):
1 – tighten bolts 11, 12, 13 with the moment 10 Нм;
2 – tighten bolts 1, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10 with the moment 10 Нм;
3 – tighten bolts 4, 8, 9, 10 with the moment 22 Нм;
4 – tighten bolts 2 pumps of the hydraulic booster of a wheel with the moment 22 Нм

Remove уплотнтельный a flange of a regulator of phases timing from the left and right covers driving chains (fig. 2.432).

Put hermetic on pure landing surfaces of the left casing of a chain of a drive of a cam-shaft, as is shown in drawing 2.433.
The groove in the bottom landing surface 1 should be completely filled by hermetic. The hermetic platen should act over a landing surface on 1,5–2,0 mm.
The thickness of the platen of hermetic on a forward landing surface 2 should make 1,5–2,0 mm.
Tighten bolts of a new lining 3 on the left cover driving chains.
Establish the left cover of a chain of a drive and tighten bolts how it is specified more low (fig. 2.428):
1 – tighten bolts 1–4 moment 5 Нм;
2 – tighten bolts 6 moment 10 Нм;
3 – tighten bolts 5 moment 10 Нм;
4 – tighten bolts 1–4 moment 10 Нм

Put hermetic on pure landing surfaces of the right casing of a chain of a drive of a cam-shaft, as is shown in drawing 2.434.
The groove in the bottom landing surface 1 should be completely filled by hermetic. The hermetic platen should act over a landing surface on 1,5–2,0 mm.
The thickness of the platen of hermetic on a forward landing surface 2 should make 1,5–2,0 mm.

4 – tighten bolts 2, 3, 5, 6 with the moment 10 Нм
Remove уплотнтельный a flange of a regulator of phases timing with new cuffs from the left and right covers driving chains (fig. 2.432).
The further installation is carried out in return sequence.
Establish an epiploon crankshaftа from outside driving chains.
Establish cover ГБЦ: at the left. On the right.
Establish final collectors: the left. The right.
Establish the combined valve of giving of secondary air: at the left. On the right.
Establish a back branch pipe of a cooling liquid.
Establish the right and left hoses of system of cooling.
Establish the case of the oil filter.
Establish an inlet collector.
Establish a two-mass flywheel and-or a conducted disk.
Establish the engine.
Fill in engine oil and check up its level.
