THE NOTE
Removal and installation ГБЦ are described on an example right ГБЦ.

Removal
Remove the engine.
Disconnect the engine from a transmission.
Remove chains of a drive of camshafts from these shaft.

Remove the case of electromagnetic valves of regulation of phases timing ( fig. 2.460). Turn away a cover of bearings 1, Е3, E5, A3 and A5.
Remove an oil separator.

Serially перекрестно turn on and remove covers of bearings E2, E4, А2 and А4 cam-shafts of inlet and final valves ( fig. 2.461). Remove cam-shafts of inlet and final valves.
Installation
The cranked shaft should be fixed in position ВМТ by means of a bolt-clamp.

THE NOTE
Replace bolts / the screws tightened on a certain corner, and also sealing rings, манжетные consolidations and linings.
|
Insert cam-shafts in position ВМТ in ГБЦ.
Lobbies Slots should be in camshafts in parallel upper edge ГБЦ and flush with it.
Lay covers of bearings E2, E4, А2 and А4.
Establish an oil separator.
On right ГБЦ between covers of bearings E4 and А2.
On left ГБЦ between covers of bearings E2 and А2.
Serially перекрестно to wrap covers of bearings E2, E4, А2 and А4 cam-shafts of inlet and final valves ( fig. 2.461). Перекрестно wrap the remained covers of bearings.

THE NOTE
Watch correctness of installation of centering plugs of covers of bearings 1.
|
The further installation is carried out in return sequence.
Establish chains of a drive of camshafts.
Establish the engine.
The inhaling moments
Bearing cover to ГБЦ*: 5 Нм +90 **.
The case of electromagnetic valves of regulation of phases timing*: 5 Нм +90 **.
* Replace bolts.
** 90 correspond to one quarter of a complete revolution.

Establish cam-shafts in ГБЦ and tighten together with external covers of bearings.
Fix a universal support for the indicator with the indicator of hour type on ГБЦ.
Limiting deterioration of a cam-shaft of inlet and final valves.
Axial displacement: макс. 0,20 mm
