THE NOTE
Before removal of a chain of a drive of a camshaft designate a paint a direction of its rotation. Change of a direction of a course before a maintained chain can lead to its damage.

Removal
Remove chains of a drive of camshafts.
Remove a chain of auxiliary drives.
Remove a lath успокоителя 1 with left ГБЦ.

Remove a lath успокоителя 1 with right ГБЦ.

Press a lath успокоителя натяжителя drive chains in a direction of an arrow and by means of a drill in diameter of poses of 3,3 mm. 4 застопорьте натяжитель chains ( fig. 2.451). Mark with a paint a course direction driving chains of the mechanism of management.
Unscrew bolts 2 and 3 and remove asterisks with a chain and a lath успокоителя 1.
Installation
Establish in return sequence, thus it is necessary consider the following

THE NOTE
Replace bolts which were tightened with доворотом.
|
Establish a chain of auxiliary drives.
Establish chains of a drive of camshafts.
The inhaling moments
Asterisk of the left chain drive to кронштейну*: 5 Нм + 90 **.
Asterisk of the right chain drive to the block of cylinders: 42 Нм.
Натяжитель the left chain of a drive of cam-shafts to ГБЦ: 5 Нм + 90 **
Натяжитель the right chain of a drive of cam-shafts to ГБЦ: 5 Нм + 90 **.
* Replace bolts.
** 90 correspond to one quarter of a complete revolution.
