Removal
Result a radiator framework in service position.

THE NOTE
Before removal semi wedge a belt mark a direction of a course with a chalk or a felt-tip pen. Change of a direction of a course before a maintained belt can lead to its damage.

Turn off the tension screw and remove полиwedge a belt.

Lay полиwedge a belt in the specified sequence on belt pulleys (fig. 2.394).

THE NOTE
At installation semi wedge a belt watch correct position on pulleys.

Establish dynamometer a key on шестиграннике a tension roller and preliminary pull полиwedge a belt the moment 70 Нм (fig. 2.395).
Simultaneously twirl the tension screw with the moment 22 Нм.
The further installation is carried out in return sequence, thus it is necessary observe the following:
– Establish a framework of a radiator by means of Ustanovkanyh of details.
– Get the engine and check up a belt course.
– Lower an emphasis against проворачивания at the expense of a body weight on the rubber buffer and fasten bolts.
– Establish a casing of a forward bumper.
– Check up adjustment of headlights.

The inhaling moment
Emphasis of a support of jet bent for to a radiator framework: 28 Нм.
