Remove АКПП.

Mark position of a conducted disk of coupling in relation to the engine.
Turn off a conducted disk of coupling.
Take aligning washer enclosed under it.
Installation
Installation is carried out in return sequence.
Establish a conducted disk of coupling with an aligning washer and an adjusting plate ( fig. 2.317). For fastening use new bolts.
Rearrange a clamp for an inhaling of bolts.
Establish АКПП.
The inhaling moment
Conducted disk of coupling to a cranked shaft:
– Length of bolts 22,5 мм* – 60 +90 **
– Length of bolts 35,0 мм* – 60 Нм +180 ***
– Length of bolts 43,0 мм* – 60 Нм +180 ***
* Replace bolts.
** 90 there correspond turn quarters.
*** 180 correspond to half of turn.
