Remove a check point.
Remove press a coupling disk.
Mark position of a two-mass flywheel in relation to the engine.

That do not admit damage of a two-mass flywheel at removal, bolts In cannot be unscrewed pneumatic винтовертом (fig. 2.121). To unscrew bolts it is authorised only by hand.
Turn a two-mass flywheel And so that bolts have risen on the centre concerning apertures (fig. 2.121
Watch at twisting of bolts that has not occurred залегание heads of bolts on a two-mass flywheel, otherwise the flywheel will be damaged at a twisting of bolts.
Installation is carried out in return sequence.
The needle bearing is located in a flywheel, at replacement of its flywheel follows запрессовать.
For fastening use new bolts.
Rearrange a clamp for a twisting of bolts.
Establish press a coupling disk.
Establish a check point.
The inhaling moments
Flywheel to crankshaftу:
– Length of bolts 22,5 мм* – 60 Н·м +90 ° **
– Length of bolts 35,0 мм* – 60 Н·м +180 ° ***
– Length of bolts 43,0 мм* – 60 Н·м +180 ° ***
* Replace bolts.
** 90 ° there correspond turn quarters.
*** 180 ° correspond to half of turn.
