Remove damper крутильных
fluctuations (fig. 2.306
Turn off a pulley of a belt drive from the water pump.
For untwisting of bolts as a countersupport use цапфовый a key.
Remove old hermetic from a flute of a sealing flange, and also from landing surfaces.
Remove the rests of hermetic from a sealing flange and the block of cylinders, and also from the oil pallet, for example, a rotating brush-nozzle with a plastic bristle.
Clear landing surfaces; on them there should not be an oil and greasings.
Cut off a tube nouse on a forward mark (diameter an aperture about 2 mm).

Put silicone hermetic on a pure landing surface of a sealing flange how it is shown in drawing 2.308
The flute of a landing surface should be filled by hermetic.
The hermetic platen should act over a landing surface on 1,5–2,0 mm.
The hermetic platen should be not thicker than the specified sizes, otherwise superfluous hermetic can get to the oil pallet and litter the mesh filter of the oil pump.
The sealing flange should be established during 5 mines after hermetic drawing.

Establish the adjusting tool on распорную the

Take the adjusting tool.
Establish a sealing flange 1 with inserted распорной the
plug on crankshaft
The further installation is carried out in return sequence.
Establish damper крутильных fluctuations.
Establish полиwedge a belt.
Establish a framework of a radiator with hinged details.
Establish facing of a forward bumper.
The inhaling moments
Forward sealing flange to the block цилиндров* – 9 Нм.
Pulley of a belt drive to the water pump – 20 Нм.
* Tighten пошагово cross-wise.
