Removal
Unscrew bolts.

On cars with an independent heater unscrew bolts of an exhaust pipe of an independent / additional heater on шумоизоляционном the screen ( fig. 2.41).

Turn off clamps 1 and 2 and remove forward шумоизоляционный the screen ( fig. 2.45). Back шумоизоляционный the screen remains established. Remove facing of a forward bumper.
Result a radiator framework in service position.
For easing semi wedge a belt move натяжитель in an arrow direction ( fig. 2.303). Remove полиwedge a belt and unload натяжитель.
Mark position damperа крутильных fluctuations for repeated installation.

Remove damper крутильных fluctuations.
Installation
Installation is carried out in return sequence,
Establish полиwedge a belt.
Establish a framework of a radiator with hinged details.
Establish facing of a forward bumper.
The inhaling moment
Демпфер крутильных fluctuations to a cranked shaft: 30 Нм.
