Remove a check point.
Cars from a manual transmission
Remove press a disk of coupling and a two-mass flywheel.
Cars with АКПП
Remove a conducted disk of coupling.

THE NOTE
After removal of a check point the engine leans against the reception adaptation and the terminator of a forward support of the engine is weakened.

ATTENTION
For work continuation follows be convinced that the radiator framework is established.

Remove from the engine established for check point dismantle the reception adaptation ( fig. 2.337). Tighten the terminator of a forward support of the engine with effort 28 Нм.
Remove the left and right covers driving chains.
Put the adaptation for откачки oils under the engine.
Merge engine oil.
Remove the bottom cover of a chain drive.

ATTENTION
Put washers under heads of bolts that the chain did not cling to bolts.

Establish behind on crankshaft the adapter with two old bolts of a two-mass flywheel ( fig. 2.361).
Cars from a manual transmission
Turn off the left and right support of the stabilizer.
To reject the stabilizer downwards.
All cars
Unscrew a lock bolt from the block of cylinders ( fig. 2.349).

ATTENTION
Groping aperture ВМТ, crankshaft do not scroll.
|
Turn crankshaft in a direction of rotation of the engine before position ВМТ ( fig. 2.350). Twist fixing bolt with the moment 20 Нм in an aperture, if necessary – for a full centering of a bolt – twist crankshaft in both directions a little.
Mark with a paint a direction of a course of a chain of a drive of the oil pump and балансирного a shaft.
Press a lath успокоителя натяжителя chains in a direction of an arrow and fix натяжитель chains a pin ( fig. 2.362). Unscrew bolts 1–3 and remove натяжитель chains, an asterisk of a chain of a drive балансирного a shaft, and also a chain.
Installation
Коленвал 1 it is fixed by a fixing bolt in ВМТ ( fig. 2.350).
Establish натяжитель chains with a chain and an asterisk балансирного a shaft.
In order to avoid reception резаных wounds wind the end and cutters of a 8-millimetric drill with an insulating tape.
Fix балансирный a shaft a drill of poses. 1 in ВМТ ( fig. 2.363). Longitudinal apertures in an asterisk балансирного a shaft should stand on the centre to carving apertures балансирного a shaft. If necessary move a chain on one tooth.
Twirl bolts натяжителя chains.
Not completely twist bolts of 2 asterisks of a chain drive.
The asterisk балансирного a shaft should be turned still by hand, but should not be turned.
For разблокирования натяжителя chains take a pin.
Press a screw-driver a lath успокоителя натяжителя chains and simultaneously tighten bolts of 2 asterisks.
Take a drill of poses. 1 from балансирного a shaft.
The further installation is carried out in return sequence.
Establish the bottom cover of a chain drive.
Establish the case of the oil filter.
Establish covers left and right приводных chains.
Establish an epiploon crankshaftа from outside driving chains.
Cars from a manual transmission
Establish press a disk of coupling and a two-mass flywheel.
Cars with АКПП
Establish a conducted disk of coupling.
Establish a check point.
Establish the stabilizer.
Fill in engine oil and check up its level.
The inhaling moments
Натяжитель chains to the block цилиндров*: 6 Нм +45 **.
Asterisk балансирного a shaft to противовесу*: 15 Нм + 90 ***.
Carving stopper in the block of cylinders: 14 ****.
* Replace bolts.
** 45 correspond the one eighth turn.
*** 90 there correspond turn quarters.
**** Establish with a new sealing ring.
