2.8.10. Removal and installation of the bottom cover driving chains

Remove a check point.

Remove press a disk of coupling and a two-mass flywheel.

Remove a conducted disk of coupling.

THE NOTE After removal of a check point the engine leans against the reception adaptation and the terminator of an emphasis against проворачивания is weakened.

ATTENTION For work continuation follows be convinced that the radiator framework is established.

Remove from the engine established for check point dismantle the reception adaptation (fig. 2.337).

Tighten the terminator of an emphasis against проворачивания with effort 28 Нм.

Remove the left and right covers driving chains.

THE NOTE To enclose rags under the case of the oil filter, to absorb leaking engine oil.

Disconnect штекерный a socket of the gauge of pressure of oil (fig. 2.338).

Unscrew the gauge of pressure of oil.

Merge engine oil by means of the adaptation for откачки oils from the case of the oil filter.

Unscrew bolts.

Remove the case of the oil filter (fig. 2.339).

Put the adaptation for откачки oils under the engine.

Merge engine oil.

Unscrew bolts.

Unscrew bolts 1–8 and remove the bottom cover driving chains (fig. 2.340).

Take a back epiploon crankshaftа from the bottom cover driving chains.

Take the right top adjusting plug from the block of cylinders.

THE NOTE Replace linings, epiploons and sealing rings of round section.

Process the adjusting plug a file, as is shown in drawing 2.341.

The size x = 6,5 mm.

The size at = 8 mm.

Establish the plug on the block of cylinders so that the ground party has been directed upwards.

THE NOTE Turning facilitates installation of the bottom cover driving chains at the established head of the block of cylinders.

Remove the hermetic rests on a cover driving a chain and the block of cylinders (a head of the block of cylinders), for example, a rotating brush-nozzle with a plastic bristle.

ATTENTION Watch that the hermetic rests have not got to the engine.

Clear landing surfaces; on them there should not be an oil and greasings.

Clear apertures of linings ГБЦ of old hermetic.

THE NOTE At established ГБЦ apertures in a lining are visible only half.

ATTENTION Lining ГБЦ cannot be bent. Bent lining ГБЦ follows replace.

Slightly unbend the ends of linings ГБЦ down to that time, there will be no yet a possibility to clear also the top landing surface of a lining and ГБЦ.

Clear the top and bottom linings ГБЦ, on them there should not be an oil and greasings.

Cut off a tube nouse on a forward mark (diameter an aperture about 2 mm).

THE NOTE It is necessary to put hermetic on several sites of the engine as it is described further. Time of hardening of hermetic makes only about 5 mines after drawing.

ATTENTION Lining ГБЦ cannot be bent. It is necessary to replace bent lining ГБЦ.

Put on landing surfaces of top and bottom linings ГБЦ a thin layer of hermetic, for this purpose again slightly unbend linings downwards.

For hermetic drawing on a surface between ГБЦ and a lining use a flat subject: for example, probe.

Fill the cleared apertures of lining ГБЦ with hermetic.

Put platens of hermetic 1–6 on pure landing surfaces of the bottom cover driving to a chain, as is shown in drawing 2.342.

The flute of a landing surface should be filled by hermetic.

Hermetic platens should act over a landing surface on 1,5–2,0 mm.

The platen of hermetic of poses. 3 it is necessary to put, as is shown in drawing even if the flute is already filled.

Establish a sealing ring of round section in a flute of the bottom cover driving chains.

Fix a sealing ring of round section a hermetic small amount.

Establish the bottom cover driving chains, thus bring a cover to a landing surface of the block of cylinders and ГБЦ from below on inclined (fig. 2.340).

At installation watch to damaging lining ГБЦ. It is necessary to replace the damaged lining.

1. Process bolts a carving varnish and tighten with effort 5 Нм.

2. Tighten bolts 1–8 cross-wise with the moment 10 Нм.

3. Tighten bolts with the moment 10 Нм.

4. Tighten bolts 6, 7 and 8 with the moment 22 Нм.

Put platens of hermetic 1–5 on pure landing surfaces of the bottom cover driving to a chain, as is shown in drawing 2.342.

The flute of a landing surface should be filled by hermetic.

Hermetic platens should act over a landing surface on 1,5–2,0 mm.

The platen of hermetic of poses. 2 it is necessary to put, as is shown in drawing even if the flute is already filled.

Establish epiploons in flutes of the bottom cover driving chains.

Establish the bottom cover driving chains, thus bring a cover to a landing surface of the block of cylinders and ГБЦ from below on inclined (fig. 2.340).

At installation watch to damaging lining ГБЦ. It is necessary to replace the damaged lining.

1. Process bolts a carving varnish and tighten with effort 5 Нм.

2. Tighten bolts 1–9 cross-wise with the moment 10 Нм.

3. Tighten bolts with the moment 10 Нм.

4. Tighten bolts 7, 8 and 9 with the moment 22 Нм.

5. Tighten a hairpin 3 with the moment 16 Нм.

The further installation is carried out in return sequence.

Establish the case of the oil filter.

Establish the left and right covers driving chains.

Establish an epiploon crankshaftа from outside driving chains.

Establish press a disk of coupling and a two-mass flywheel.

Establish a conducted disk of coupling.

Establish a check point.

Fill in engine oil and check up its level.

The bottom cover driving chains to engine M6* – 9 Нм, M7 – 16 Нм, M8 – 20 Нм.

The left and right covers driving chains to двигателю* – 5 Нм +90 ***.

Arm штекерных sockets to a head of the block of cylinders – 9 Нм.
