On cars with an independent heater unscrew bolts of an exhaust pipe of an independent / additional heater on шумоизоляционном the screen (fig. 2.44).

Unblock clamps 1–3 and remove forward and back шумоизоляционные screens (fig. 2.45).

Put the adaptation for откачки oils under the engine.

Merge engine oil.

Remove the engine.

Disconnect the power unit.

Fix the engine at the Adjusting stand.

Remove press a disk of coupling and a two-mass flywheel.

Remove a conducted disk of coupling.

Remove a forward sealing flange.

Remove the left and right covers driving chains.

Remove the bottom cover of a chain drive.

Remove a chain of a drive of the oil pump and балансирного a shaft.

In order to avoid reception резаных wounds to wind the end and cutters of a 8-millimetric drill with an insulating tape.

Fix a back counterbalance 2 on the engine a 8-millimetric drill of poses. 1 (fig. 2.365).

Unscrew a bolt 3 and remove a counterbalance with балансирного a shaft.

Unscrew a bolt 2, keeping a counterbalance a punch, and remove a forward counterbalance 1 on the engine with балансирного a shaft (fig. 2.366).

Unscrew bolts and remove a board of the back bearing балансирного a shaft on the engine (fig. 2.367).

Take балансирный a shaft back from the block of cylinders.

Коленвал 1 it is fixed by a fixing bolt in ВМТ.

Installation is carried out in return sequence.

THE NOTE Counterbalance насаживается on балансирный a shaft only in one position.

Establish a chain of a drive of the oil pump and балансирного a shaft.

Establish the bottom cover of a chain drive.

Establish the case of the oil filter.

Establish covers left and right приводных chains.

Establish an epiploon crankshaftа from outside driving chains.

Establish a forward sealing flange.

Establish press a disk of coupling and a two-mass flywheel.

Establish a conducted disk of coupling.

Fasten a check point to the engine and establish the power unit.

Fill in engine oil and check up its level.

Bearing board to the block of cylinders: 9 Нм.

Counterbalance to балансирному to a shaft: 60 Нм.

Carving stopper in the block цилиндров*: 14 Нм.
