Spend measurements at the removed roller levers and basic elements.

Fix a universal support of a micrometer with a micrometer on ГБЦ.

Define axial displacement.

Axial displacement: 0,100–0,191 mm.

Remove covers ГБЦ.

Remove the left and right covers driving chains.

Remove a chain drive from cam-shafts.

For removal of cam-shafts right ГБЦ it is necessary to dismantle the vacuum pump of the amplifier of brakes.

Loosen the bolts of a frame of a cam-shaft in sequence 22–1 (fig. 2.383).

THE NOTE In drawing the frame of a cam-shaft left ГБЦ is shown.

Cautiously remove a cam-shaft frame.

Mark and remove cam-shafts.

Remove the hermetic rests on ГБЦ and a cam-shaft frame, for example, by means of a drill with the clamped brush with a plastic bristle.

THE NOTE And sealing rings it is necessary to replace linings. Коленвал should be fixed a fixing bolt.

ATTENTION Watch that the hermetic rests have not got in ГБЦ and bearings.

Clear landing surfaces; on them there should not be an oil and greasings.

Grease working surfaces of cam-shafts with engine oil.

Put a cam-shaft frame on a workbench, having enclosed a soft lining.

Lay cam-shafts in a frame (fig. 2.384).

Cam-shafts should lie accurately in axial bearings of a frame.

Cams of 1 and 2 valves should be directed upwards or downwards, at all aside (fig. 2.384).

Turn a frame of a cam-shaft with the cam-shafts established on it, strongly keeping them thus.

Turn cam-shafts while carving apertures will not accept the top position (fig. 2.347).

Check up, whether cam-shafts accurately in axial bearings of a frame lie.

Establish a clamp of cam-shafts, as is shown in drawing 2.348, and tighten bolts with the moment 20 Нм.

Cut off a tube nouse on a forward mark (diameter of an aperture about 1 mm).

Again turn a frame of cam-shafts.

Put a hermetic small amount in a flute of a lining 3 in a zone of opening of the electromagnetic valve of system of adjustment of phases timing (fig. 2.385).

Establish a lining in a frame of a cam-shaft and remove following hermetic on a lining and a frame of cam-shafts.

Put platens of hermetic 1, 2 and 4 on pure landing surfaces of a frame of cam-shafts, as is shown in drawing.

Thickness of the platen of hermetic: 1,0 mm.

THE NOTE It is necessary to put hermetic platens in accurate conformity with the instruction, otherwise hermetic can get to bearings of cam-shafts.

At once establish a frame of cam-shafts on ГБЦ.

THE NOTE To establish and fasten a frame of cam-shafts follows without delay as hermetic quickly hardens.

After installation of a frame of cam-shafts allow to dry up to hermetic about 30 minutes

Fasten bolts of a frame of a cam-shaft in sequence 1–22 at first by hand (fig. 2.383).

The frame of cam-shafts should lie on ГБЦ on all area of a surface.

Tighten bolts of a frame of a cam-shaft in sequence 1–22.

THE NOTE In drawing the frame of a cam-shaft left ГБЦ is shown.

Establish заглушки заподлицо.

The further installation is carried out in return sequence.

THE NOTE After installation of cam-shafts the engine it should is impossible to get Hydrojacks within approximately 30 minutes to be besieged (differently valves will be adjoin to pistons).

After works over клапанным the mechanism scroll the engine by hand not less than two turns that be convinced that any valve does not adjoin to the piston.

Establish the vacuum pump of the amplifier of brakes.

Establish a chain drive of cam-shafts.

Establish covers left and right приводных chains.

Establish covers ГБЦ.

Cam-shaft frame to ГБЦ: 9 Нм.
