2.6.7. Removal and installation of an inlet collector from a fuel stage

THE NOTE
To get access to atomizers, it is necessary to remove an inlet collector and a fuel stage together with заслонкой movings of a portion of fuel for management of air. (Depending on a variant the different quantity of working operations) can be demanded.
Necessarily replace consolidation of the chamber combustion (teflon) and a sealing ring.

Removal
Remove a protective cover of the engine.
Disconnect all necessary electric штекерные connections.
Remove from an inlet collector the vacuum hose which is passing between an inlet collector and the vacuum pump.

THE NOTE
This vacuum hose and the vacuum pump (it is located behind on a head of the block of cylinders) are established only in cars with an automatic transmission.

Disconnect топливопровод (following fuel collect and immediately close all open apertures) ( fig. 2.73).
Disconnect шланговые connections from a valve cover ( fig. 2.231). Unscrew both screws 1 and 2 of a pipe of a cooling liquid ( fig. 2.231).

Unscrew screws from маслопровода 1 and from a pipe of a cooling liquid 2 ( fig. 2.232). Turn off both топливопровода on the high pressure pump.
Open clips of a hose and remove soaking up hose from the block of management throttle заслонки and from an inlet collector.

Disconnect electric штекерное connection 1 from the gauge of pressure of fuel ( fig. 2.233). Remove probe for definition of level of oil and unscrew the screw 2 directing probeа oil level ( fig. 2.233).
Unscrew a fixing nut of a branch pipe of an inlet collector (if necessary also remove the block of management throttle заслонки).

Separate in a separation place directing probeа level of oil 2 and turn off the screw of 1 holder of an inlet collector ( fig. 2.235). Unscrew all screws of an inlet collector.
Cautiously remove an inlet collector together with a fuel stage from a head of the block of cylinders.

THE NOTE
Atomizers can remain in a fuel stage.

Installation
Installation is carried out in return sequence.
