2.6.12. Removal and installation of the pump of a high pressure

THE NOTE
Installation and removal of the fuel pump of a high pressure it is carried out only on the cold engine.
At installation of the fuel pump of a high pressure it is necessary to pay attention to that the dirt has not got to fuel system.
Collect following fuel a rag.
Always make replacement of a sealing ring.
Топливопроводы a high pressure always fix so that in them there were no internal mechanical pressure.

Removal
Disconnect electric штекерные connections from the gauge of pressure of fuel, low pressure and from the adjusting valve of pressure of fuel 1 and 2.
Turn off both топливопровода.
Unscrew 3 screws.
Cautiously take the fuel pump of a high pressure. The plug sometimes remains in a head of the block of cylinders ( fig. 2.244).
Installation
Replace a sealing ring of the pump of a high pressure.
Cautiously insert the high pressure pump together with the plug into an aperture on a head of the block of cylinders.
Tighten bolts cross-wise with the moment 10 Нм.
Before installation топливопроводов it is necessary to check the moment of an inhaling of connecting branch pipes of the pump of a high pressure.
The moment of an inhaling of connecting branch pipes of a return fuel highway: 40 Нм
The moment of an inhaling of connecting branch pipes of a submitting fuel highway: 30 Нм

THE NOTE
Replace the screw on a return fuel highway.

Tighten by hand the screw on a return fuel highway. Level without warps and a tension.
Tighten a hand накидную a nut submitting топливопровода.
The moment of an inhaling of a return fuel highway: 25 Нм.
The moment of an inhaling of a submitting fuel highway: 30 Нм.
Connect electric штекерные connections to the gauge of pressure of fuel, low pressure and to the valve of adjustment of pressure of fuel.

Check up fuel system on tightness.
