2.6.1. Removal and installation turbocharger

Remove

Remove an engine casing (fig. 2.54).
Open a cover of a broad tank of system of cooling.
Merge cooling liquid.

Remove the heat-shielding screen (fig. 2.217).
Turn off a ventilation tube картера the engine from turbocharger 1.

Disconnect a ventilation hose картера the engine from cover ГБЦ 2 and uncover (fig. 2.218).
Disconnect an absorber highway to турбонагнетателю from cover ГБЦ 3.
Turn off an oil submitting highway from turbocharger 4.
Remove the catalyst.
Turn off submitting water hose from turbocharger.

In cars with an additional heater unscrew bolts of an exhaust pipe of an independent additional heater from шумоизоляционного the screen (fig. 2.44).

Loosen the quick disconnect муфты 1 and 2 also remove a forward noise isolation (fig. 2.45).
Where are available, loosen the quick disconnect муфты 3 and remove back шумоизоляционный the screen.

Disconnect вохдуховод 1 to турбонагнетателю on the right below (fig. 2.51).
Disconnect an air line to интеркулеру from a framework of a radiator 2.

Disconnect electric sockets 1 and 2 and release a cable (fig. 2.80).

Turn off submitting oil highway turbocharger from the engine 1 (fig. 2.149).
Turn off a bolt of 2 support turbocharger.
Disconnect submitting oil highway turbocharger.

Remove return маслопровод with turbocharger (fig. 2.150).

Loosen the a bolt of 1 support turbocharger on 2 turns (fig. 2.151).

Disconnect a tube of a cooling liquid (fig. 2.102).

Turn off a water pipe 1 (at presence) from ГБЦ (fig. 2.219).

THE NOTE
Nuts of a tightening lath can to be turned off.

Turn off the top nuts.
Take турбонагнетатель and a final collector upwards.

Installation
Installation is carried out in return sequence.

THE NOTE
Linings, sealing rings and self-stopped nuts it is necessary replace.

Fill in in турбонагнетатель engine oil through a connecting branch pipe for submitting маслопровода.
Hoses and шланговый unions of system of pressurisation of air should be cleared before installation of oils and greasing.
For fastening of all connections of hoses use collars of a corresponding series.
Establish final system and to level it freely.
Fill in cooling liquid.
Check up oil level.

THE NOTE
After installation turbocharger leave the engine to work on single turns (do not increase turns) within 1st minute that be convinced of oil giving in турбонагнетатель.

The inhaling moments
* Replace a bolt or a nut.
** Grease adjusting pins of a final collector or a carving of a ljamda-probe with thermosteady paste.
