2.6.4. The general instructions on self-diagnostics of system of injection

The block of management of the engine is equipped by self-diagnostics function. Before repair, and also for search of malfunctions first of all it is necessary to interrogate memory of malfunctions. It is necessary to check also vacuum hoses and connections (подсос air through thinnesses).

Hoses топливоподачи in a motor compartment are necessary for fixing only spring collars. Application of tightening or screw collars is inadmissible.

Cars are equipped by the device of a stopping delivery of fuel at failure. It should reduce danger of fire of the car after blow thanks to that the fuel pump is disconnected by means of the relay of the fuel pump.

Simultaneously by means of this device improvement of parametres of process of start-up of the engine is reached also. At opening of a door of the driver the fuel pump is started on 2 with for pressure creation in fuel system, thus it is necessary to observe security measures.

Before opening of system of injection of a high pressure it is necessary to adhere to a following operations procedure necessarily

From safety reasons before opening of fuel system if АКБ it is not disconnected, it is necessary to take out a safety lock 28 blocks of management of the fuel pump as the fuel pump joins by means of the door switch of illumination of a door of the driver (fig. 2.227).

By removal of a safety lock 28 power supplies of the plug 30 for the block of management of the fuel pump stop.
