2.6.26. Откачка fuel from a tank

Take away an accumulator cover to the right and remove it, lifting upwards.

ATTENTION Observe safety measures at a detachment of plugs of the storage battery.

Disconnect a wire of weight from АКБ at the switched off ignition.

ATTENTION Attach a wire of weight of the device for откачки fuel to a pure unpainted place of a body.

Remove a conic nozzle 2 from the handle of 1 device for откачки fuel.

Paste on a hose for откачки an insulating tape piece on distance А=1865 mm from its end (fig. 2.256).

Turn off a cover of a jellied mouth of a fuel tank.

Fasten the handle of 1 device for откачки fuel to a jellied mouth of a fuel tank (fig. 2.259).

Lower pumping out hose in a fuel tank so that earlier made label was at the handle.

THE NOTE At use of the pumping out device without the handle work is carried out similarly.

In this case paste a label to a pumping out hose on distance А=1800 mm from its end. The hose for откачки fuel is inserted correctly if the pasted label is at level of an edge of a jellied mouth (fig. 2.259).

If the hose passes hardly, slightly grease with its engine oil. At all do not use for this purpose силиконсодержащую greasing

Pump out as much as possible fuel from a tank through a jellied mouth.

Cautiously pull out a hose.

Remove a back seat.

Turn off a cover of a deaf flange on the right (fig. 2.284).

Disconnect the tip from a deaf flange (fig. 2.285).

ATTENTION The fuel system is under pressure. Before system opening wrap up pure rags a junction. Then, slowly turning off a junction, pit pressure.

Disconnect топливопровод 1 from a deaf flange.

On cars with an independent heater besides disconnect топливопровод 2 dosing out pumps of an independent heater, having pressed for this purpose the clamp button (fig. 2.286).

Turn off a key ring with the help send (fig. 2.287).

Take a deaf flange and a sealing ring from an aperture of a fuel tank (fig. 2.288).

Disconnect the tip on an inside of a deaf flange.

Insert pumping out hose for the length x=800 mm through an aperture of a fuel tank on the right into the left chamber of a fuel tank (fig. 2.289).

Completely pump out fuel from the left chamber of a fuel tank.

Again establish a deaf flange on the right observing instructions concerning connection АКБ.
