2.3.9. Removal and installation of a conducted disk

The engine or transmission should be removed.

Mark position of a conducted disk concerning the engine.

Turn off a conducted disk.

Remove, being more low, compensatory washer being more low.

Establish a disk of fixing with use подкладной washers with grooves 1.

Insert and tighten with the moment 30 Нм new screws 3 (fig. 2.124).

Size And measure in three places and to calculate average value (fig. 2.125).

Nominal size: 19,5–21,1 mm.

THE NOTE It is measured through an aperture in a conducted disk to the milled surface of the block of cylinders.

If the preset value is not reached, remove a conducted disk, remove or insert a levelling washer 2.

Repeat measurement procedure for what fasten a conducted disk the moment 30 Нм (fig. 2.124).

If a preset value in norm, tighten bolts the appropriate moment.
