2.3.8. Removal and installation of a two-mass flywheel

The engine or check point are removed.

Remove press a coupling disk.

ATTENTION Not to admit damage of a two-mass flywheel at removal, bolts In cannot be unscrewed pneumatic винтовертом. To unscrew bolts it is authorised only by hand.

Turn a two-mass flywheel And so that bolts In have risen on the centre of apertures (fig. 2.121).

At untwisting of bolts In track that heads of bolts did not rest against a two-mass flywheel and at проворачивании have not damaged it.

Insert a countersupport into an aperture on the block of cylinders In (fig. 2.122).

Mark position of a two-mass flywheel concerning the engine.

Turn off a flywheel.

Installation is carried out in return sequence.

For fastening use new bolts.

Insert a countersupport into an aperture on the block of cylinders And (fig. 2.122).

The inhaling moment a two-mass flywheel to crankshaftу. Length болтов*:

– 22,5 mm – 60 +90 **

– 35,0 mm – 60 +180 ***

– 43,0 mm – 60 +180 ***
