2.3.7. Removal and installation of a forward sealing flange

Removal
Remove полиwedge a belt.
Remove gear ремнь.

Establish a belt pulley crankshaftа (for a gear belt), keeping a pulley a countersupport (fig. 2.110).

Turn off the central bolt of 1 belt pulley crankshaftа (for a gear belt) and remove a pulley 2 and a diamond washer 3 (fig. 2.111).

Unscrew bolts 1. 10 (fig. 2.116).
Hook a forward flange and remove it.
Выпрессуйте an epiploon at the removed flange.

Installation
Cautiously remove the hermetic rests on the block of cylinders and the oil pallet.

THE NOTE
Put on an open part of the oil pallet rags.

From a flange remove the hermetic rests, for example by means of a rotating brush-nozzle with a plastic bristle (fig. 2.117).
Clear landing surfaces; on them there should not be an oil and greasings.
Cut off a tube nouse on a forward mark (diameter of an aperture about 2 mm).

Put on adjoining surfaces between the block of cylinders and the oil pallet the thin platen of hermetic (fig. 2.118).

Put a hermetic plait on a pure landing surface of a sealing flange, as is shown in drawing 2.119.
Thickness of a plait of hermetic: 2–3 mm.

THE NOTE
The hermetic plait should be not thicker 3 mm, otherwise superfluous hermetic can get to the oil pallet and litter the mesh filter in маслозаборном a branch pipe.

Put on the bottom adjoining surface of a flange a thin layer of hermetic (the shaded surface) (fig. 2.120).

THE NOTE
The sealing flange should be established during 5 mines after hermetic drawing.

Cautiously pull a sealing flange over pins of the block of cylinders.

THE NOTE
For installation of a sealing flange at the established epiploon use directing plug.

Tighten bolts in the specified sequence (fig. 2.116):
– Tighten bolts 1–6;
– Tighten bolts 7–10.
Establish an epiploon crankshaftа on the party of belt pulleys.
Replace the central bolt of a gear wheel.

THE NOTE
On adjoining surfaces between driving an asterisk of a gear belt and crankshaftом there should not be an oil.
Gear wheel bolt crankshaftа in addition do not grease.

Establish a pulley crankshaftа 2 (for a gear belt) with a new diamond washer 3 and a new central bolt 1 (fig. 2.111).
Fix a pulley a countersupport and fix (fig. 2.110).
The further installation is carried out in return sequence.
Establish ременный a pulley crankshaftа.
Establish полиwedge a belt.
Establish a framework of a radiator with hinged components.

Lower an emphasis of a support against проворачивания at the expense of a body weight on the rubber buffer and tighten nuts (fig. 2.96).
Establish a casing of a forward bumper.
Check up adjustment of headlights.

The inhaling moment
Flange to the block of cylinders: 15 Нм.
Asterisk of a drive of a gear belt to crankshaftу*: 90 Нм +90 **.
Emphasis of a shaking support: 28 Нм.
* Replace a bolt.
** 90 there correspond turn quarters.

THE NOTE
On a carving and a fillet there should not be an oil and greasings.
