Insert the valve into the directing. The end of a rod of the valve should come to the end with the directing. Because of various diameter of a core use the inlet valve only in the directing plug of the inlet valve and the final valve in the directing plug of the final valve.
Define overturning backlash.
The limiting admission
Directing the inlet valve – 0,80 mm.
Directing the final valve – 0,80 mm.

THE NOTE
If admissible value is exceeded, repeat measurement with new valves. If with new valves the limiting admission also is exceeded, it is necessary to replace a head of the block of cylinders.
If the valve at repair is replaced, at measurements it is necessary to use the new valve.
