THE NOTE
At performance of adjusting works replace self-locking nuts, the bolts tightened on a certain corner, and also sealing rings and linings.
At installation of a new head of the block of cylinders with the established cam-shafts between roller levers and bed of cams it is necessary to grease adjoining surfaces with engine oil.
Plastic linings entering into the repair complete set for protection of open valves are authorised to be deleted directly ahead of installation ГБЦ.
At replacement ГБЦ or linings of a head of the block it is necessary to merge old and to fill in a new cooling liquid.

Check up curvature of a plane прилегания heads of the block of cylinders with the help лекальной rulers and probeов in several places.
As much as possible admissible curvature of a plane прилегания: 0,05 mm
