THE NOTE
To replace маслосъемные caps of final valves of cylinders 3 and 4, in addition it is necessary to remove the valve рециркуляции ОГ.

Take roller levers and put them on a pure surface. Roller levers in places do not change.
Unscrew spark plugs a candle key.
Fasten directing plate for engines of 2,0 l and 3,0 l FSI screws with рифлением, as is shown in drawing, to ГБЦ ( fig. 2.168). Result the piston of the corresponding cylinder in the bottom dead point.
Twist the adapter in a nest of a spark plug and to connect compressed air under the pressure of not less than 6 bar.
Separate sitting tight crackers of valves with the help send and a plastic hammer ( fig. 2.169).

Twist the adaptation with a pendant plug in directing plate for engines of 2,0 l and 3,0 l FSI ( fig. 2.170). Insert an adjusting cartridge into directing plate for engines of 2,0 l and 3,0 l FSI.
Suspend a press plug to the adaptation.

On the release party the press plug should be suspended, as is shown in drawing 2.170.

Press an adjusting cartridge downwards. Simultaneously twist the screw with накаткой an adjusting cartridge to the right while the ends will not enter into valve crackers.
Slightly turn the screw with накаткой forward and back, at the expense of it valve crackers are unclenched also a cartridge is grasped ( fig. 2.171). Release a press plug.
Take an adjusting cartridge.
Remove маслосъемные caps by means of a stripper ( fig. 2.172).
If because of shortage of a place for маслосъемных caps it is not possible to use a stripper, выпрессуйте a pin выколоткой and remove a nozzle ( fig. 2.173). Put the bottom part of a stripper маслосъемных caps to маслосъемному to a cap.
Insert выколотку 1 into an aperture in the bottom part of a stripper.
Hook the adjusting adaptation the lever and take, thus, маслосъемный a cap ( fig. 2.174). Installation маслосъемных caps
To avoid damage new маслосъемных caps In, dress on a valve core the plastic plug And ( fig. 2.175).
Grease a working edge маслосъемного a cap In engine oil, insert into the adaptation for напрессовки and accurately press into directing plug.
Take the plastic plug And.
Insert a spring and a plate of a spring of the valve.
Establish the adaptation for installation, as is shown in drawing 2.170.

THE NOTE
After extraction of crackers of the valve from an adjusting cartridge at first they are necessary for inserting into the adjusting adaptation (fig. 2.176).

Press an adjusting cartridge from above on the adjusting adaptation and remove valve crackers.
Press an adjusting cartridge by means of a press plug downwards and twist the screw with накаткой adjusting a cartridge forward-back, thus to extend it upwards.
Unload a press plug at the extended screw with накатанной a head.
Remove the adaptation for installation.
The further installation and assemblage is carried out in return to sequence removal.
