2.3.18. Installation of a head of the block of cylinders

THE NOTE For fastening of all connections of hoses use collars of a corresponding series.

At repair cautiously remove from a head of the block of cylinders and the block of cylinders the hermetic rests. Do not suppose formation of long scratches or задиров.

Cautiously remove the sandpaper and polishing rests.

The new lining of a head of the block of cylinders should be taken out from packing directly ahead of installation.

With a lining it is necessary to address very cautiously. Damages of a silicone layer and гофровых connections conduct to tightness loss.

In deaf apertures of bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders there should not be an oil or a cooling liquid.

ATTENTION To scroll the engine it is authorised only for crankshaft in a rotation direction (clockwise).

THE NOTE For проворачивания the engine establish the central bolt on crankshaft.

Combine a mark in a gear wheel of a cam-shaft with a mark in a protective casing of a gear belt.

Dredging stand vertically the friend opposite to the friend (fig. 2.153).

If crankshaft it was scrolled, result the piston of the first cylinder in ВМТ and again slightly turn crankshaft back.

Establish consolidation of a head of the block of cylinders.

Pay attention to centering pins in the block of cylinders (fig. 2.154).

Watch adjusting position of lining ГБЦ; marks: detail number should be read from outside an admission.

Establish a head of the block of cylinders.

Insert bolts of fastening of a head of the block and tighten them by hand.

Tighten bolts of fastening ГБЦ in the shown sequence as follows:

Tighten with the help динамометрического a key.

1. A stage: 40 Нм.

Further rotate a usual key.

2. A stage: 180 (1/2 about.) (it is possible 2x90 ) (fig. 2.155).

THE NOTE Дотяжка bolts of fastening of a head of the block of cylinders after repair work it is not obligatory.

Establish a cover of a head of the block of cylinders.

Establish a gear belt.

Establish полиwedge a belt.

Establish an inlet pipe.

Establish brushes of screen wipers.

Remove air from the power supply system.

Check up oil level.

Fill in cooling liquid.

Lower an emphasis of a support against проворачивания at the expense of a body weight on the rubber buffer and tighten nuts (fig. 2.96).

Establish a casing of a forward bumper.

Check up adjustment of headlights.
