The gate case
The rubber gate for бескамерных tyres is executed so that герметизировать an aperture in a disk rim. The elastic material of the rubber case strong nestles in a rim aperture.
At the twisted metal gates the rubber lining condenses a joint with a rim. Regional surfaces of an aperture of the gate are simultaneously sealing. Therefore on them there should not be a rust, pollution and damages.

Gate zolotnik
The major problem in the gate is carried out by a zolotnik. He герметизирует also allows to regulate pressure of air. Small тарельчатый the sealant on a zolotnik provides tightness only in that a case if on it there are no pollution and a moisture. In compressors for a rating of tyres there should not be a water and oils.

On the gate the cap should be always fastened. It prevents dirt hit in the gate. At presence of pollution in the gate they, at a tyre rating, would get on a sealant of a plate of the gate and to cause негерметичность.
At each new installation of the tyre it is necessary to replace the gate.
At driving without caps on gates there is a danger hit in them a dirt. It will lead slow спусканию tyres that subsequently can become a tyre source of rupture.

Tightness is provided only at densely fastened cap.
