4.1.17. MinimisationGeneral provisions
If radial or lateral palpation of a disk and the tyre are imposed against each other wheel palpation increases.
100 % accuracy of rotation is impossible because of technical features.
Before minimisation монтированных wheels on the car, it is necessary to spend a trip to warm up tyres. At the expense of it it is possible to eliminate flattening at presence.
Order of performance of minimisation
Lower the tyre.
Wring out boards of the tyre from onboard закраин rims.
Grease tyre boards шиномонтажной with paste on all circle.
Turn the tyre on 180 concerning a disk.
Pump up the tyre approximately to 4 bar.
Establish a wheel with the tyre on the balancing stand.
Check up accuracy of rotation on presence of radial and lateral palpation.
THE NOTE
If the rating value of radial and lateral palpation is not exceeded, the wheel is possible отбалансируйте till 0
If radial and-or lateral palpation falls outside the limits the admission, the tyre should be turned once again.

Lower the tyre and wring out boards of the tyre from onboard закраин rims.
Turn the tyre on 90 concerning a disk (a turn quarter).
Again pump up the tyre to 4 bar and check up accuracy of rotation of a wheel.
THE NOTE
If the rating value of radial and lateral palpation is not exceeded, the wheel is possible отбалансируйте till 0

If radial and-or lateral palpation still falls outside the limits the admission, the tyre should be turned once again.
Again wring out the tyre from onboard закраин rims as it is described above.
Turn the tyre on 180 concerning a disk (half-turn).
If radial and-or lateral palpation still is more than norm, check up a disk on palpation.
If the measured values of radial and lateral palpation of a disk lie within the admission the tyre has an inadmissible palpation. In this case it is necessary to replace the tyre.
THE NOTE
Because of tyre installation between it and onboard закраинами rims there is шиномонтажная a paste.
Therefore on the first 100–200 кмследует to avoid sharp braking and accelerations. Otherwise the tyre can be turned on a disk, and the done work should be carried out anew.
