2.10.6. Removal and installation of an arm of additional units

Disconnect a mass cable from АКБ at the switched off ignition.

Merge cooling liquid.

Result a radiator framework in service position.

Remove полиwedge a belt.

Disconnect an electric socket on the gauge of level and oil temperatures (fig. 2.65).

Disconnect штекерный a socket of 1 wire going to electromagnetic муфте of the compressor of the conditioner (fig. 2.67).

ATTENTION It is forbidden to open a contour of a central air of climatic installation.

Turn off the compressor of the conditioner from an arm.

THE NOTE To avoid damages of lines and hoses of a contour of a central air, it is necessary to watch that lines and hoses have been laid without a tightness, excesses and breaks.

Will hang out the compressor of the conditioner with the connected pipelines at the left on the car.

Turn off an electric wire 1 from the generator.

Disconnect штекерное connection 2 (fig. 2.483).

Unscrew bolts.

Remove the generator (fig. 2.484).

Turn off the pump of the hydraulic booster and to tie up aside, tubes remain connected (fig. 2.486).

Unscrew a bolt and remove a tension element semi wedge a belt (fig. 2.479).

Disconnect a hose of system of cooling from a connecting branch pipe 2.

Unscrew bolts of 1 connecting branch pipe and remove a branch pipe with the thermostat 4 and a sealing ring of round section 3 (fig. 2.487).

Remove a gear belt.

Remove bypass a roller.

Unscrew bolts 1–6 and remove an arm of additional units (fig. 2.488).

Installation is made in return sequence.

Check, whether on a place adjusting plugs at the upper right between an arm of auxiliary units and the block of cylinders. If is not present – insert.

Tighten bolts in sequence 1–6: at first by hand, then with the certain moment of an inhaling.

Establish a gear belt (adjust phases timing).

Establish гаситель крутильных fluctuations.

Establish a connecting branch pipe of the thermostat together with the thermostat.

Establish a tension element semi wedge a belt.

Establish the hydraulic booster pump.

Establish the generator.

Establish the conditioner compressor.

Establish полиwedge a belt.

Establish a framework of a radiator with hinged elements.

Lower an emphasis of a forward support at the expense of a body weight on the rubber buffer and tighten nuts.

Establish an overlay of a forward bumper.

Connect the storage battery.

Fill in cooling liquid.

Arm of additional units to the block of cylinders: 45 Нм.

Bypass a roller of a gear belt to an arm additional агрегатов*: 40 Нм + 90 **.

Emphasis of a forward support to a radiator framework: 28 Нм

Shlangovye collars, width of 9 mm: 3 Нм.

Shlangovye collars, width of 13 mm: 5,5 Нм.
