Result the piston of the corresponding cylinder in the bottom dead point.

Establish directing plate on ГБЦ.

Fix directing plate by means of bolts with накаткой.

Insert the mandrel into an adjusting plate and beat out got stuck checks of valves a plastic hammer.

Twist the adapter, without tightening, in directing plate.

Fix the adaptation with a pendant plug on ГБЦ.

Spread a compensatory ring on an adjusting cartridge (fig. 2.529).

Insert an adjusting cartridge into directing plate.

At removed ГБЦ connect the adapter through a standard adapter to a source of compressed air and submit constant pressure.

The minimum pressure: 6 bar of superfluous pressure.

Suspend a plug on the adaptation and press an adjusting cartridge downwards.

Simultaneously turn a bolt with накаткой an adjusting cartridge to the right while the ends will be not included into valve checks.

Release a press plug.
