2.10.18. Check of hydraulic pushers

THE NOTE Запресованные in roller levers hydraulic pushers cannot be repaired. Irregular knock of valves at engine start is normal.

Get the engine and подождайте while the radiator fan will join at least once.

Raise turns on 2 mines to 2500 mines-¹, if necessary spend a trial trip.

THE NOTE If irregular knock of valves vanishes, but at trips on short distances again appears, is faulty oil редукционный the valve. Oil редукционный the valve is located in the holder of the oil filter. The return oil valve cannot be replaced separately.

If hydraulic pushers still rustle to define faulty or faulty pushers it is possible as follows.

Uncover ГБЦ.

Twist crankshaft while the cam of a checked hydraulic pusher will not appear above.

With included 4th transfer and the switched off ignition to advance.

Remove шумоизоляционный a guard, a support against проворачивания and an emphasis of a support against проворачивания, wring out a casing from damperа крутильных fluctuations and turn crankshaft for the central bolt damperа крутильных fluctuations clockwise.

Define a backlash between cams and roller levers.

Press by means of a screw-driver the roller lever downwards (fig. 2.531).

If between a cam-shaft and the roller lever enters probe in the thickness of 0,20 mm, replace a hydraulic pusher, having removed for this purpose the roller lever.
