2.10.16. Removal and installation of roller leversRemoval
For return installation mark a parity of roller levers and axes of roller levers.

Axis of the roller lever 1 on the admission party take by means of a stripper from a head of the block of cylinders ( fig. 2.526). Remove roller levers.
Unscrew bolts 4 and 5.
Take an axis of the roller lever 3 on the party of release from ГБЦ.
Installation
Installation is made in return sequence, taking into account the following.

THE NOTE
Replace sealing rings of round section 2.
Before installation oil points of support of roller levers.

The inhaling moments
Axis of the roller lever to ГБЦ: 10 Нм.
Carving stopper of an axis of the roller lever to ГБЦ*: 10 Нм.
* Bolts to insert, preliminary having greased with their carving varnish; a carving varnish.
