Installation site: the block of management automatic КП is fixed on back part КП directly on the hydraulic module of management (fig. 3.85).
Following elements are integrated into the management block:
A – the gauge of frequency of rotation of target shaft КП and the gauge 2 чвращения target shaft КП;
B – the temperature gauge трансмиссионного oils;
C – the multifunctional switch;
D – the gauge of frequency of rotation of entrance shaft КП;
E – the gauge of 1 hydraulic pressure automatic КП;
F – the gauge 2 hydraulic pressure automatic КП.

Installation site: the hydraulic module of management is screwed on back part КП. Directly on the hydraulic module of management the block of management automatic КП (fig. 3.86) is screwed.
A – Shtekernyj a socket of a regulator of pressure 1 automatic КП.
B – Shtekernyj a socket of a regulator of pressure 2 automatic КП.
C – Shtekernyj a socket of the electromagnetic valve 1.
Following valves are integrated into the hydraulic module of management:
– A regulator of pressure 1 automatic КП (the electromagnetic valve of coupling);
– A regulator of pressure 2 automatic КП (the electromagnetic valve of the transfer relation);
– The electromagnetic valve 1 (cooling of coupling / safety switching-off);
– The valve of cooling of coupling;
– A regulator of the minimum pressure;

– The valve of management of coupling;
– An operating regulator of pressure.

THE NOTE
Valves are checked by self-diagnostics.

THE NOTE
The indicator of position of selector AKPP can be replaced only together with a combination of devices.

The relay of power supplies the plug 87/the relay automatic КП and the relay of blocking of a starter and backing headlights (till 10.04) or the relay of blocking of a starter (since 11.04)

Installation site: on the block of the relay of the assembly block of a water taking away box.
Food giving through the plug 87 is carried out through:
1 – the relay automatic КП – only on cars about 2,4 l the petrol engine;
2 – the relay of power supplies Motronic – on all other cars with the petrol engine;
3 – the relay of power supplies the plug 30 – on cars with the diesel engine;
4 – the relay of blocking of a starter and backing headlights (till 10.04) or the relay of blocking of a starter (since 11.04).

THE NOTE
On cars from 11.04 management of headlights of a backing is carried out on CAN to the tyre.

For maintenance of reliability of installation the switch can be established only once.

THE NOTE
Gauge "Kick-down" function on cars with the petrol engine is carried out by the gauge of position of a pedal of an accelerator and the gauge of 2 positions of a pedal of an accelerator.
On cars with the diesel engine gauge "Kick-down" is blocked with the gauge of position of a pedal of an accelerator and executed as the switch.
