3.3.4. The general instructions for repair carrying out

At work with КП observe rules on cleanliness maintenance.

It is impossible to get the engine at the removed cover or, without having made refuelling ATF, and it is impossible to tow the car.

Establish only pure details: spare details take out from packing directly only before installation.

After installation check up oil level, if necessary refuel: ATF in a planetary reducer and трансмиссионное oil in forward main transfer.

Sealing rings, cuffs, consolidations necessarily replace.

After removal of consolidations check up a surface прилегания to the case or a shaft on presence formed as a result of dismantle carrying out задиров or damages.

Before assemblage carefully clear surfaces of a socket of the case.

For installation смажте thin layer ATF external and working edges of cuffs.

In avoidance смятия sealing rings at installation смажте their oil ATF.

In a zone of oil ATF to apply only ATF. Other lubricant means put damages to system of hydraulic management КП.

The open party of cuffs is turned to a condensed liquid.

Запрессуйте a new cuff so that its working edge was not on a place of an old cuff (use the admission on depth запрессовки).

After installation check up oil level, if necessary refuel: ATF in a planetary reducer or трансмиссионное oil in forward main transfer.

Weaken bolts in return sequence of an inhaling.

Tighten bolts or nuts for fastening of covers or cases in some stages according to the set sequence of an inhaling or a method.

Weaken or tighten bolts or nuts for fastening of covers or cases cross-wise in some stages, without observing sequence of an inhaling.

The inhaling moments are set only for the oiled bolts and nuts.

Always replace self-locking bolts and nuts.

Clear a wire brush a carving of bolts which have been twirled with application of a carving varnish. Then screw bolts, using thus a liquid carving varnish.

It is necessary to clear carving apertures in which have been screwed self-locking bolts or bolts with application of a carving varnish (for example, a tap). Otherwise it is possible to break bolts at carrying out of the subsequent dismantle.

Do not draw lock rings.

Always replace the damaged or drawn lock rings.

Lock rings should adjoin to a flute bottom.

Establish needle bearings the marked party (большей in the thickness) to a small beard.

Establish bearings, depending on assembly position greasing them трансмиссионным with oil or oil ATF.

Do not mix in places external and internal rings of identical bearings.

Conic roller bearings which are on one shaft, always replace in the complete set and use bearings of one manufacturer.

Measure adjusting washers in several places by a micrometer. Various admissions allow to measure a demanded thickness of a washer precisely.

Check up on presence заусенцов or damages. Establish only high-quality washers.

Before the beginning of carrying out of installation works it is necessary necessarily spend conducted search of malfunctions by diagnostic complex VAS 5051 A.

THE NOTE If there was an exit of oil ATF from a control aperture behind ventilating tube ATF And at bolt level In it means that КП is damaged also it it is necessary to replace (fig. 3.83).
