2 wrenches on 32 mm are necessary.

Turn off a cover semi wedge a belt (3х) (fig. 5.38)

THE NOTE Watch remote plugs of a cover semi wedge a belt.

Before removal semi wedge a belt note a rotation direction. Change of a direction of rotation of the belt which was in the use can lead to its destruction. At installation semi wedge a belt watch correct position on pulleys.

Remove полиwedge a belt of the compressor of climatic installation.

Loosen the the screw And a tension roller компреесора climatic установ also remove полиwedge a belt (fig. 5.39).

Remove полиwedge a belt of the pump of the hydraulic booster.

For easing semi wedge a belt turn off a key under internal шестигранник (17) in a direction of an arrow and establish the mandrel in diameter of poses 4 mm. 1 (for example, small beards with a thin sting) (fig. 5.40).

Remove a belt.

After removal fix the compressor on a longeron, for example, a wire, do not leave to hang on coolant pipelines.

THE NOTE Lines remain connected, to bend them it is impossible.

At compressor installation watch correct position of the centering plug In (fig. 5.41).

Remove screws And.

Turn off a belt pulley of the pump of the hydraulic booster of a steering, for this purpose as a countersupport use a key for two apertures (fig. 5.30).

THE NOTE For the best display it is shown on the removed engine.

Substitute the tank for flowing down hydraulic oil.

Remove a clip for a hose from the soaking up pipeline 1.

Remove soaking up line and to put aside (fig. 5.43).

Turn off РВД 2.

Connecting apertures close заглушками.

Turn off the pump from fastening (poses. 1 and 2) also take (fig. 5.44).

At installation special attention turn on the following.

Before installation of the new pump on the party suction fill in hydraulic oil and turn by hand that oil left on the pressure party.

Clean oil traces in a motor compartment.

Fasten the pump to fastening And in the apertures noted In (fig. 5.45).

Establish all screws and tighten at first both lobbies, and then both back.

On the hollow screw establish new sealing rings.

Tighten a hollow bolt of a pressure head hose 2 (fig. 5.43).

Establish soaking up hose 1.

The mark P on a soaking up hose should be on one line with a seam on the pump.

Remove collars.

Twirl a pulley крыльчатого the pump.

At compressor installation watch correct position of the centering plug In (fig. 5.41).

Establish полиwedge a belt of the pump of the hydraulic booster.

At first establish полиwedge a belt on a pulley crankshaftа, by-pass rollers and, in last turn, on a tension roller.

Take a clamp 1, rotating a key under internal шестигранник in an arrow direction (fig. 5.40).

Establish полиwedge a belt of the compressor of climatic installation.

To impose полиwedge a belt of the compressor of the conditioner.

Establish dynamometer key C with internal шестигранником 8 mm how it is represented in drawing 5.39 and pull полиwedge a belt, rotating a key in a direction of an arrow with the moment 7 Нм

Tighten the screw And torque a key.

Establish a cover semi wedge a belt (3х) (fig. 5.38).

Fasten the fan with вязкостной муфтой.

Establish a radiator framework.

Establish the shock-absorber.

Establish шумоизолирующий a casing.

Check up level of a working liquid in hydraulic system.

The mark in a soaking up hose 1 should be on one line with a seam on an oil tank of the hydraulic booster (fig. 5.46).
