5.2.10. Removal and installation of the pump of the hydraulic booster, cars from the 4-cylinder engineRemoval (all cars)

Result a radiator framework in service position.
All cars
Loosen the полиwedge a belt.
Remove полиwedge a belt from a pulley of the pump of the hydraulic booster.
Clamp submitting and drain hydroline clips for hoses ( fig. 5.2). Establish the pallet for oil plum.
Remove soaking up line.
Pressure head hose, 22 mm, turn off.

Depending on execution, turn off a belt pulley of the pump of the hydraulic booster, using for deduction a key on 2 apertures ( fig. 5.30)

Unscrew screw connection on an underside of the pump of the hydraulic booster ( fig. 5.32) Remove the hydraulic booster pump.
Installation
Installation is carried out in return sequence.
Consolidations and sealing rings replace.
Before installation of the new pump on the party suction fill in hydraulic oil and turn by hand that oil left on the pressure party.
All connections of hoses fix new collars.
By hand rotate a nave while oil will not go from outside forcings.
Establish the hydraulic booster pump on fastening.
Tighten the screw on an underside of the pump of the hydraulic booster ( fig. 5.32) On the hollow screw establish new sealing rings.
Tighten the hollow screw of a pressure head hose.
Establish soaking up pipeline.
Twirl a pulley крыльчатого the pump.
At installation semi wedge a belt watch correct position on pulleys.
Establish a radiator framework.
Establish the shock-absorber.
Establish шумоизолирующий a casing.
Fill in hydraulic oil.
Get the engine and check up a belt course.
Check up level of a working liquid in hydraulic system.
