Remove полиwedge a belt.
Turn off a belt pulley of the pump, for this purpose as a countersupport use a key for two apertures.

The back fixing screw of the pump of the hydraulic booster unscrew by means of a face key with the extension piece ( fig. 5.34) Unscrew the hollow screw 1.

Unscrew screws and remove the pump of the hydraulic booster with fastening.

Installation
Installation is carried out in return sequence.

Consolidations and sealing rings replace.
|
Before installation of the new pump on the party suction fill in hydraulic oil and turn by hand that oil left on the pressure party.
All connections of hoses fix new collars.
By hand rotate a nave while oil will not go from outside forcings.
Establish роторный the pump.
On the hollow screw establish new sealing rings.
Tighten the hollow screw of a pressure head hose.
Establish soaking up pipeline.
Twirl a pulley крыльчатого the pump.
Establish полиwedge a belt.
Check up level of a working liquid in hydraulic system.
