Remove a decorative overlay of a wheel, on легкосплавных wheels remove a cap (a demountable hook from the onboard tool).

Unscrew bolts of 1 brake support and remove a support.

Again establish fastening of a brake highway. Insert and tighten the screw with шестигранником 2.

Fix a brake support on a design so that it in the weight has bent / has damaged a brake highway.

Remove a brake support and to strengthen it on a body so that it in the weight did not press on a brake hose / a brake highway and has not damaged it / it.

Unscrew the screw 5 gauges of turns ABS (fig. 4.55).

Disconnect cable ABS from a rotary fist.

Remove a brake disk.

Turn away bolts and remove the screen (fig. 4.69).

Выпрессуйте a finger of the hinge of the directing lever by means of a stripper of the spherical hinge from a conic nest.

THE NOTE Thus do not damage duster the hinge. Watch, that both shoulders of the lever of a stripper at the moment of the maximum application of force settled down in parallel to each other. On cars with the proof-reader of an angle of slope of headlights remove connecting draught of the gauge of level of the car from the bearing lever.

Unscrew a nut of a finger of the hinge of the bearing lever so that it was заподлицо with a carving of a finger of the hinge. If necessary keep a finger of the hinge by means of face шестигранного key SW 4.

Выпрессуйте a finger of the hinge of the bearing lever by means of a stripper of the spherical hinge from a conic nest (fig. 4.72).

Turn off a nut 1, take шестигранный a bolt and extend both levers 2 upwards (fig. 4.70).

Turn the case of the bearing of a nave aside in an arrow direction, thus extending a thorn of a power shaft from a wheel nave.

Fix a power shaft on a design, for example, a wire.

Turn off a nut from a finger of the hinge of the bearing lever.

Remove the case of the bearing of a nave.

Insert the case of the bearing of a nave.

Insert the external hinge of a power shaft into a nave and strong tighten new шестигранный a bolt.

Insert fingers of hinges of the bearing and directing lever into the case of the bearing of a nave.

Wind and tighten new self-stopped nuts a hinge finger if necessary keep a key (internal шестигранник) SW 4 mm.

Both fingers of the hinge of the top levers establish in a rotary fist and by means of the special tool draw as much as possible downwards (fig. 4.56).

Establish the new screw 1 and a self-stopped nut and tighten (fig. 4.70).

THE NOTE Steering draught (tip of steering draught) establish in the pendular lever 1 only by hand (fig. 4.71). Not to load a sealing washer 2.

Insert steering draught.

Wind and tighten a new self-stopped nut 4 (fig. 4.70).

Tighten the screw with шестигранной a head 3

Establish the gauge of number of turns for system ABS.

On cars with the proof-reader of an angle of slope of headlights establish connecting draught of the gauge of level of the car on bearing lever.

Fasten and tighten a guard (fig. 4.69).

Establish a brake disk and wind a brake support.

Establish and tighten a wheel

Tighten the screw with шестигранной a power shaft head (only on the car standing on wheels – danger of failure).

Adjust corners of installation of wheels.

Check and adjustment (if necessary) a forward suspension bracket are spent at the stand for РУУК, recommended VW/Audi.
