4.3.2. Loading of a support of a wheel in own weight of the car

THE NOTE
All bolts of details with sajlent-blocks should be definitively tightened at suspension bracket installation in the position corresponding to the equipped weight of the car (the car незагружен).
Rezinometallichesky hinges (sajlent-blocks) have the limited working range of twisting.
Therefore the suspension bracket should occupy the position corresponding to the equipped weight of the car (the car незагружен).
Otherwise in the sajlent-block there will be internal pressure which will lead to reduction of service life of this detail.
At the expense of lifting of a suspension bracket of a corresponding wheel by means of a rack for the engine and a transmission and the pallet it is possible to simulate the given position on the lift.

Before the beginning of works measure, for example, by means of a roulette, the size a from the middle of a nave of a wheel to a wing bottom edge (fig. 4.46).
Measurement should is spent on the car having the equipped weight (the car незагружен).
Write down the received value. It will be necessary for a definitive inhaling of bolts and nuts.
Before to raise a suspension bracket of a corresponding wheel, the car is necessary for attaching to arms of the lift by means of tension belts.
Otherwise, it can slide off the lift.
Turn a nave so that one of apertures under a wheel bolt was above.
Attach a support by means of a wheel bolt to a wheel nave.

Lift the case of the bearing of a wheel by means of a rack for the engine and a transmission until the size Ťať (fig. 4.47) will be reached.
Definitive inhaling of corresponding bolts / of nuts make only on reaching measured before the beginning of works of the size a between the middle of a nave of a wheel and a wing bottom edge

ATTENTION
It is forbidden to lift or lower the car when the jack for engines and transmission units is under the car.
The rack for the engine and a transmission should remain under the car not longer, than it is required for performance of works.

Definitively tighten corresponding bolts / of a nut.
Lower the case Hubs the bearing.
Clean a jack for engines and units of transmission from under the car.
Remove basic fastening.
