Removal
On cars with Dynamic-Ride-Control (DRC II) empty and fill system
Remove a decorative overlay of a wheel, on легкосплавных wheels remove a cap (a demountable hook from the onboard tool).
Remove a wheel.
Fix a brake disk a wheel bolt.
Before removal of the left amortisation rack on cars with the proof-reader of an angle of slope of headlights it is necessary to disconnect connecting draught of the gauge of level of the car from the bearing lever, having opened clips.
Disconnect line ABS from fastening on a brake support.

Unscrew the screw with шестигранником 2 and remove fastening of a brake highway (fig. 4.49).
Unscrew bolts of 1 brake support and remove a support.
Again establish fastening of a brake highway. Insert and tighten the screw with шестигранником 2.
Fix a brake support on a design so that it in the weight has bent / has damaged a brake highway.
Continuation of assembly operations for all cars
Remove a brake support and to strengthen it on a body so that it in the weight did not press on a brake hose / a brake highway and has not damaged it / it.
Remove a clip 1 by means of pincers.
Repeated installation of this clip is not required.

Loosen the a nut 2 to take шестигранный a bolt and extend both levers upwards (fig. 4.50).
Развальцовка шлицов in the case of the bearing of a nave by means of a chisel, etc. it is not supposed.
Provide protection of the goffered casing of the steering mechanism against damage by means of a protective cover.
In drawing 4.50 the removed steering mechanism is for descriptive reasons represented.
The protective cover 1 can be ordered under № 893 512 137.
1 it is necessary to cut out a strip, the size from a protective cover A: 20–25 mm.
Cut surfaces carefully smooth out.

Put on a protective cover the goffered casing of the steering mechanism. Cover cut should be directed downwards (fig. 4.51).
That do not damage hinges of the bottom levers, it is necessary, for example, by means of a rack for the engine and a transmission, provide a support against reverse motion of shock-absorbers.

Turn off the screw with шестигранником an amortisation rack / of the bearing lever (fig. 4.52).
Turn the case of the bearing of a nave aside.
Open fastening of a broad tank of a cooling liquid.
Uncover a water taking away box.

Remove a screw cap (fig. 4.53).
Unscrew bolts with шестигранной a head 1 in a water taking away box.

Take an amortisation rack with a basic arm (fig. 4.54).
Thus do not damage duster the hinge.

Installation
Insert an amortisation rack with a basic arm into a cup. Tighten bolts with шестигранной a head 1 (fig. 4.54).

THE NOTE
Watch correct landing подкладных washers.
Rezinometallichesky hinges (sajlent-blocks) have the limited working range of twisting. Therefore carving connections of levers tighten only on the empty car.

Establish a head of a plug of an amortisation rack in the lever and tighten screw connection 1 (fig. 4.55).

THE NOTE
The screw is established against a movement direction.

Both fingers of the hinge of the top levers establish in a rotary fist and by means of the special tool draw as much as possible downwards (fig. 4.56).

Establish the new screw 2 and a self-stopped nut and tighten (fig. 4.58).
Insert system ABS wire in the holder on a brake support.
Establish a brake disk, fasten a brake support.
On cars with the proof-reader of an angle of slope of headlights establish connecting draught of the gauge of level of the car on bearing lever.
Establish and tighten a wheel.
