4.3.5. Removal of a screw spring

Clamp an amortisation rack in a vice ( fig. 4.61).
Compress a screw spring by means of a spring and capture coupler so that the top cup of a spring was released.
Provide appropriate landing of a twisted spring in captures ( fig. 4.62).
Turn off a nut with a flange from a rod by means of special tools.
Remove separate details of an amortisation rack and the compressed spring by means of a spring coupler ( fig. 4.61).
Replace the shock-absorber.

Remove a protective cap 1 and the bottom support of a spring 2 ( fig. 4.63).
Note position of the bottom plate of a spring in relation to the shock-absorber.
Loosen the a plate of a spring 3 by means of a plastic hammer also remove in a direction upwards.

Blows of a plastic hammer push a spring plate on the drawn mark downwards.
At installation new damperа transfer a mark with old damperа.
Watch various position from the left and right party.
Cut in a spring plate should provide a free wheeling to a body.
