8.3.8. Removal of the intact back glass

THE NOTE At glass removal necessarily use goggles and leather gloves.

Remove a back shelf.

Remove or turn on connections for heating of back glass and the aerial on glass.

Press connections to glass in a direction to the car centre.

Pierce glue-hermetic шилом in the bottom radius of glass so that an ear sewed it was visible outside.

Pass a string and involve in salon.

Fill a string in the coil and fix (fig. 8.112).

Lay cutting thread round back glass, as is shown in drawing.

On the top edge of glass and on each side a thread for are sharp follows запрессовать under an overlay.

The string end lay round the persistent buffer (arrow) and and tighten fixing bolts of the hinge of a cover of a luggage carrier (fig. 8.113).

Cut the first site.

Rearrange the coil according to drawing 8.114 and establish by-pass a roller in the bottom radius of glass.

Cut out glass until the string does not leave a by-pass roller.

Remove by-pass a roller and continue резку.

Rearrange the coil according to drawing 8.115 and establish by-pass a roller in the bottom radius of glass.

Cut out glass until the string does not leave a by-pass roller.

Insert a protective film 1474/12 between an upholstery of a ceiling and glass.

Remove by-pass a roller and continue резку (fig. 8.116).

The same operations repeat in the right top and bottom radius of glass.

Cut out glass entirely according to the resulted description.

Take out glass by means of double vacuum captures.
