8.3.6. Preparation for glass installation

THE NOTE
If at glass removal the paint and varnish covering of a framework of glass on a body its structure is necessary for restoring and if necessary to take measures on anticorrosive protection is damaged.

In case of absence of damages to result of removal of glass
At a reuse of the intact glass directly ahead of installation exactly cut off the glue-hermetic rests on glass and a glass framework a carpet knife. At all do not delete the rests completely.
The remained layer serves as a jet ground for drawing of a new layer of glue-hermetic.

ATTENTION
Protect a sticky surface from a dirt and oil.
The glue rests cut off directly ahead of glass installation.
Do not process a surface of glutinous connection праймером, a cleaner.

Width of the platen = 8 2 mm
Platen height = 13,5 1,5 mm

THE NOTE
Use glue-hermetic DH 009 100 03 (a small cartridge). If it is required to paste more than one glass, it is possible to use D 004 300 05 (two-componental glue).

At installation of new glass
Clear glass in a zone of gluing by means of D 009 401 04 and process праймером for glass and varnish D 009 200 02.
Observe drying time праймера – 10 minutes
Put glue.
Width of the platen a = 8 2 mm
Platen height = 13,5 1,5 mm
