8.3.4. Windscreen installation

After the termination of a spadework it is necessary to put glue.

Establish a nozzle all surface 2 on glass (fig. 8.99).
Drawing direction – an arrow (fig. 8.99).

THE NOTE
The section of the glutinous platen 1 is defined by an aperture of a nozzle and speed of drawing.

Put glue-hermetic on perimetre according to drawing 8.100.
Consider various distance to glass edge
Insert glass into an aperture by means of two double vacuum captures.

ATTENTION
Glass is necessary for inserting during 15 mines after glue drawing as differently its gluing properties will decrease.

Level glass in a cross-section direction.
The distance from edge of glass to a roof framework should make 6 mm of +0,5 mm.

Water protective overlay 1 insert and press against the stop in fixing bracketх 2 only after the lapse of time of hardening of glue (fig. 8.101).
By pressing watch that the sealing edge (arrow) of a water protective overlay adjoined to glass and has not slid off for glass edge.
