8.1.27. Adjustment of a cover of a luggage compartment

THE NOTE Before adjustment of a new cover establish a gas emphasis.

Remove a cover covering.

Loosen the the combined nuts 1 and 3, bracket the lock 2 moving possibility (should have fig. 8.51).

THE NOTE At installation скобы the lock pay attention to its installation site, a ledge back (marksman).

Tension bolt 2 turn to the left in position 0 (fig. 8.52).

By hand tighten nuts 1 and 3.

Close a cover of a luggage compartment (fig. 8.51).

Press a cover manually to a body approximately on 2 mm.

Open a cover in this position and tighten nuts 1 and 3 moment 21 Нм.

Check up, it is how much easy and without a backlash the cover is closed on the lock. If necessary repeat adjustment.

Having pressed a lateral edge of a door of a luggage compartment under back glass, be convinced of absence of a backlash.

Pull if necessary adjustable buffer, having turned to the right a tension bolt 2 (fig. 8.52).

Check up ease of closing of a cover, if necessary repeat adjustment.

Check up the adjusting sizes.
