Turn off bolts 1 and remove the block of management 2 without a warp from the hydraulic unit ( fig. 6.76)
Clean condensing surface 2, use for this purpose a plastic scraper 1. Check up valves 3 about damages ( fig. 6.77).
ATTENTION
The condensing surface of the hydraulic unit should be pure and equal.
If the condensing surface or petals of contacts are damaged, the hydraulic unit is subject to replacement.
Consolidation of the block of management is not replaced.
It is not authorised to take or lift consolidation of the block of management.

THE NOTE
Do not use aggressive cleaners (use an applied cleaner).

Check up condensing surface on presence of damages (the visual control).

Cautiously pull the block of management of 1 coils downwards through valves of the hydraulic unit 2 ( fig. 6.78). Watch that valves have not been warped.
ATTENTION
Penetration of a moisture and particles of a dirt in the management block is not supposed.
The purge of the block of management or the hydraulic unit is not supposed by the compressed air.
Strong concussion (for example, falling, blow) can cause breakage of the block of management. After that use the management block it is impossible.

The edge of the case of the block of management should slide over a ledge in the hydraulic unit.
THE NOTE
Use new bolts.
To provide tightness of elastic consolidations, to establish the new block of management on the old hydraulic block it is authorised no more than two times.
The block of management already used, repeatedly it is impossible to establish.

Having pressed the management block, spread it on the hydraulic unit and in regular intervals twist new bolts 1 and 2 (not to tighten) to uniform прилегания the management block to the hydraulic block (N55) ABS ( fig. 6.76).
Twist bolts with 1 on 6 to прилегания, but not to tighten.
Bolts 1–6 tighten in the sequence presented in drawing.
The inhaling moment: 2,9 Нм.
After a twisting check up прилегание heads at all bolts.
Establish the block.
