6.4.10. Removal and installation of the switch of stoplights

THE NOTE
For adjustment the stoplight switch is necessary for removing.
That provide sufficient durability of landing, the switch is authorised to be mounted only once.

Removal
Disconnect a socket.
Remove the switch of a signal of braking by turn to the left on 45 .
Installation
Installation occurs upside-down, thus it is necessary pay attention to following points.
Completely take a pusher of the switch of a signal of braking.
Insert the switch fixing ledges 1 and 2 into the provided dredging in an assembly aperture ( fig. 6.90). Remove a compartment, the party of the driver.

THE NOTE
At installation actuating of a pedal of a brake is not supposed.

During input of the brake switch pusher adjustment is carried out automatically.

Enter the switch into an assembly aperture, press a pedal and fix turn to the right on 45 ( fig. 6.91). After adjustment of the switch of a stoplight check up, whether the brake pedal rests against a trailer emphasis (free position).
