The hydraulic block of management is in a motor compartment at the left (fig. 6.69).

At cars with the coded radio tape recorder pay attention to the coding, if necessary make inquiry of a code.

ATTENTION Перегибание highways of brake system it is not supposed.

Disconnect plugs from the storage battery.

Unblock the tip from the management block in a direction of an arrow and disconnect it (fig. 6.70).

Insert the device for pressing of a pedal of a brake between a pedal of a brake and a seat of the driver. Press a pedal of a brake not less than on 60 mm.

Remove the device for pressing of a pedal of a brake only when all highways of brake system are again connected to the hydraulic block.

THE NOTE Protect a motor compartment from a following brake liquid.

Turn off brake tubes from the hydraulic block.

Unscrew the fixing screw 1 and take capacity forward in an arrow direction, a broad tank of a cooling liquid to remove aside (fig. 6.71)

THE NOTE Take measures on protection of a water taking away box and a motor compartment against a following brake liquid.

Unscrew highways 1, 2 and 3.

THE NOTE Since modelling year 2002, between highways the flexible hose is established, in earlier designs it is necessary to dismantle highways of brake system on the amplifier of brakes.

Turn off highways of brake system 1 and 2 and Close заглушками from ремкомплекта ET. – № 1H0 698 311 (fig. 6.73)

Disconnect sockets 1.

Unblock highways of brake system from an arm 2 (fig. 6.74)

Unblock клипсу from below 1 and take in an arrow direction.

Take the hydraulic block of management (fig. 6.75)

At installation especially it is necessary to observe the following.

заглушки it is necessary to remove from the new hydraulic block of management only when the corresponding brake pipeline is established.

If to remove заглушки from the hydraulic block in advance the brake liquid can flow out. Ought filling and prorolling as a result cannot be guaranteed.

Pump over brake system.

Disconnect the storage battery.
